This is an Elektronika VL100 portable TV set. I had one too, which had a beige enclosure, not a blue one like on the picture which I found on http://www.hifiklub.hu/vl100.htm. It was the first own TV set I had. It was sold in Switzerland, but comes from russia. The power supply is the black box at the rear end, which could be removed if one operated it only from 12 V. It had two loudspeakers at the bottom.
