public class CPanel
extends javax.swing.JPanel

A Cpanel is a JPanel with two additions.

1. Whenever a component is added or removed it calls a parent JFrames pack()
2. It has a titled border and makes sure the minimum dimension of the panel is so, that the border title is fully visible.
